Senior Designer (2023 - 2025)

Activities: CARE is a Brazilian skincare brand forerunner in the country of the high clean beauty concept. It combines technology and natural actives to create disruptive products with efficacy proven by clinical tests. With toxin-free, vegan, organic, sustainable, and traceable products, it guarantees no human, animal, or environmental exploitation. 

- Design and production of packaging and labels for new products;
- Cards and POS materials development (shop windows and events);
- Graphic arts for Digital Media and Website development; 

- Mood board campaign development, based on research into trends and references;
- Layout creation and complete pack deployment for campaigns and product launches;
- Design of institutional presentations, such as pitches, partnership proposals, and results presentations.

Tok&Stok | Design, Content, and Trends Department

Trends Researcher (2022 - 2023)

Activities: Supported the market and consumer trends research - interior design, architecture, design, fashion - to identify and generate relevant content for product creation at Brazil's largest decoration company:

- Numerical data analysis, color performance, material finishes, and trends;
- Image compilation and theme proposals that emerge at fairs, events, publications, and reports;
- ESG Product Squad participation, resulting in the development of ecodesign guides and mappings;
- Benchmarking of relevant themes and products for specific collections (research of seasonal collection for Christmas, Garden Collection, products for Generation Z, etc.);
- Results follow-up and trend coordination in stores;
- Preparation of materials and presentations to communicate the research.

Product Design and Trends Intern (2021 - 2022)

Activities: Assisted the Product Design team in creating home décor accessories that compose the company's portfolio of over 14k SKUs:

- Prints Creation and Product Projects for Licensed Design and T&S Design collections: Magali Toy, Stranger Things, 70s Kitchen, Garden, Gamer, etc;
- ESG Product Squad participation, resulting in the elaboration of the first Tok&Stok Ecodesign Guidelines and the Mapping of Toxic Materials;
- Automation Proposal for product registration (integration between Illustrator and Excel) with a 90% reduction of required to fill out project sheets;
- Research for authorial collections, mood boards, and presentations.

Liter of Light Brazil | Social Marketing 

Social Marketing Representative (08/2021 - 12/2021) 

Activities: National Marketing team representative in partnership with Volkswagen Brazil and Volkswagen Group Foundation, where 90 solar lighting solutions were installed in vulnerable communities in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo:

- Responsible for the disclosure campaign planning and stablishing the relationship with the marketing team of the funding partners;
- Graphic materials design for social media posts, presentations about the NGO and training for the community Ambassadors;
- Follow-up and results reports in conjunction with the working group for detailing the action;
- Photographs of in loco actions;
- Monitoring and mediating the filming agency in the vulnerable communities, valuing the good relationship and respect with the residents and the faithful portrayal of the assisted reality.

Votorantim Institute | Communications 

Communications Summer Intern (01/2021 - 03/2021)

Activities: Follow-up of the visual creation demands and brand management for the Votorantim Group's social projects. Institutional materials development and press relations assistance.

- Support to the Communication Plan development for the VI's new Branding Guide; in the management of the Press Relations area; writing, production and review of institutional materials (folders, reports);
- Design and production of artwork to publicize the Institute's programs, projects, and events.

Elective discipline that deepens the investigation, discussion and team experience through the understanding of contexts of social complexity for analysis and problem solving. Practical bias supported by the design thinking process for social innovation, applying the project in the Paraisópolis favela. (80h)

- 1st Place in the final competition "Design in Social Contexts" of the MIT Brazil Program: Environmental Awareness Project. MIT D Lab and Insper.
- Judging body formed by social investors, professors, and the leader of the Paraisópolis Favela Residents' Union.
- Capital was received to make the project viable, developed with all the eighth and ninth grade classes in the largest public elementary school in the favela's complex, EMEF Professor Paulo Freire.

VOLUNTARY EXPERIENCE

Liter of Light Brazil | Social Marketing

Social Media and Visual Identity Coordinator (01/2021-08/2022) 

Activities: Position in the National Marketing area of Liter of Light Brazil, an NGO that brings sustainable solar energy solutions to vulnerable communities - riverside, quilombola, urban or rural - enabling residents to build and take care of the solar poles and lanterns installed.

- Management of a national team of 7 people, with growth of over 5k followers on Instagram, 2k followers on LinkedIn and 30k new users on the website;
- Development of graphic materials for social and strategic works for joint dissemination with the other marketing fronts. Such as the layout and artwork for the 2020 and 2021 Activities Report, resulting in the Best NGOs of 2022 award;
- Briefing, planning and executing sponsors publicity with the NGO's partners;
- Participation in the Working Group formed during the pandemic to promote emergency fundraising campaigns in order to provide food for vulnarable communities, with contact with influencers and partner brands, resulting in approximately 110,000 reais raised, distributed in more than 20 communities throughout Brazil.

Social Media Marketing Volunteer (07/2019 - 01/2021)

- Creation of graphic materials for social networks (posts, videos, stories and photo editing), internal dissemination and external events (mail marketing, business card, posters, etc);
- Layout of reports and presentations of partnerships and sales;
